About Me

My name is Theresa Marie Archer and I started The Holistic Helper offering birth doula support, reflexology and reiki to both women and men. I have been a registered nurse for 30 years specializing in women's health, labor and delivery, postpartum care, and childbirth education. During my career I have used a holistic approach when caring for patients to meet thier emotional, spiritual and physical needs.
